I have been a professional Guitarist since 1976, recording
with such legends as: Ozzy Osbourne (Black Sabbath), Jack Bruce (Cream) & Eric Singer (Kiss) to name a few. I currently play guitar with Bill Ward (Original
Black Sabbath drummer) and have a powerful influence in the writing and recording process of Bill's music.

I have been teaching guitar for over 30 years.
If there is any style you would like to learn I can help.
We'll work on chording, soloing, ear training and more.
I have taken lessons my whole career
and my favorite teacher was the late Ted Greene, God rest his soul.
My favorite type of music is whatever comes from the heart.
When I am not recording or touring with Bill Ward, I am creating new music or collaborating with others. My passion for music and recording will undoubtedly be a positive vibe to your music as well!
Check out my latest CD called : “YOU ARE HERE”. If you ever get stressed out this music will definitely help you to chill.

Helpful Hints:
Playing a musical instrument is like learning a new language. If you were to learn 3 new words each day for one year you would have learned nearly 1,100 new words in that year. Here’s the catch, as you are learning 3 new words each day keep in mind that you still have to remember all the words that you’ve already learned. So memory is key! It’s not that the words are that difficult but the memory of all the new and old words that presents the real problem. This is where practice comes in. We need to give daily attention to whatever it is we are trying to learn. (this can go for anything in life). Without giving daily attention to the old words you have already learned along with the new words, you will forget them. Practice until it becomes second nature to you. I bet you don’t have to practice how to hold a fork as you eat. Holding a fork is now second nature to you.
In my 30 plus years of teaching my feeling is that most people retain about 70% of what they have been taught. The human brain can only handle so much information at one time. It’s very important to be thorough and revisit the words that you may have forgotten. So go slow, take your time. 15-20 minutes a day is good. So is 15-20 hours a day. Go at your own pace. Weather you are playing just for fun or trying to get to pro level ASAP. Music is a beautiful thing. It is a universal language that can give you a lifetime of enjoyment.
